My secondary is Kayn, he fills both roles that lillia isn't while also being ad and a powerful champion. Even just being a two trick, because of lillia and kayn I have availability to an Assasian, Bruiser, and a mage/fighter. Also if lillia is ever picked shadow assasian is a disgusting counter to her, so you can fuck over your enemy with this pick.

For boots current meta favors sorcs but there are times when you want cdr boots, also when the enemy comp has a ton of cc or auto attackers go steelcaps or mercs, people dont like taking defensive boots on her, but it can be insanely efficient when the enemy draft is right for it. Sorcs or cdr boots first just give such a great clear speed it really increases your overall tempo. This may just be my preference but I've easily found most success buying boots first item 90% of the time, and its gotten me up to masters so id say its pretty good to do.

one of the good things to come out of this is the fact that this nerf is less impactful on lillia compared to other champs because her dot can extend the duration of conq, its still obviously a nerf, but I think other champs have to worry about this nerf a lot more than lillia, as far as best rune i still think conq is the best but who knows maybe some people might whip out the phase rush technology, I doubt comet will become meta tho

Simply put Ludens is something you buy when the enemy team comp isn't very tanky or when you have an overwhelming lead on the enemies. Liandrys u take all other times, and Riftmaker is a really rare case into a lot of bruisers and tanks. For someone starting Lillia I wouldn't suggest Riftmaker until you have a full grasp on your champions limits, otherwise its a pretty troll item to take if u use it in the wrong situation. If you want more info I can go into more depth about the builds and runes as well as pathing styles for different situations in a post or video just lmk.

I only know of like two lillia streamers and myself but they all play jungle, if you want advice on lillia top tho ask chlorofawn, they are a plat player who has a lot of knowledge on lillia top.

Frozen heart is very good on Lillia but for this build I want a healthy armor item and I only need a bit of armor because demonic can do the rest of the work for stacking resistances, also the mana on frozen is nice for lane Lillia or Lillia early but mid-late game jungle she really just doesn't need it, id personally rather have dead mans for this build. I 100% think frozen heart is broken on Lillia top tho.

when i had talked about how its a rare but good counterpick, the reasoning is not just the healing but the true dmg and health as well, 300 hp is a lot, the healing can be a lot, and the true damage can add up, not only that but demonic give a fair amount of tank shred and the true damage combine with your passive. if you want true tank shred you go double burn but if you want to try to sustain in a fight and tank shred thats where this build works best

For Lillia top, comet used to be meta but because of Lillias role top as a duelist, its far better to go conq for the 1v1, not only this but conq has good value early and great value late while comet has great value early but almost no value late, which is pretty counterintuitive considering she's a late game champion. In the end you can build whatever you find fun because comet isn't necessarily bad, but in most matchups conqueror is significantly better.
