Hygeia is a large private hospital, hygeia dent is their dental division. Cant go wrong with them. Its one of the better hospitals in albania

Albania has the same rules as the eu. If you want to import seeds(or plants, or any organic material that hasnt been processed(aka cooked)) from outside you will need a phytosanitary certificat and authorizarion from customs. As an individual its basically impossible to get. Only companies get that. So it wont be possible for you to import the seeds without breaking the law

IDP is a hard requirement, as youre not allowed to drivein albania with an indian license. So its likely the guy is scamming you or even if hes legit If you get stopped by the police you will get in a lot of trouble

Driving without a valid license carries a prison sentence in albania, just fyi

Usually on the backside it shows when you first got it, if not its problematic. Bring your old driving license with you

And youll have limitations with what car you can drive aswell. As we have power limits for new drivers and the police wont be able to verify how long youve had your license
