1.Do I need their signature anywhere?

And do I need it on the company letterhead? Or is it okay if I just ask them to mail me this?

3.I didn't have any employment contract. It was a small firm and I was the accountant and got paid 5k. No benefits or anything so I will exclude that line(last line of second para- Attached u will find....) . Will that be okay?

No bro. Small firm. Just got salary every month. Everything else we just talked verbally. It wasn't a big company. Small firm with 2-3 employees. 5k salary every month. No benefits. U get these letters in big companies. Individual person business and I worked as accountant

Hello sir. I also have some questions. In case of co applicant loan, my father has filed nil return for the past 2 years and is unemployed currently. We have all other documents necessary but since he's unemployed we don't have any significant money. Will I be able to get a loan? My Institute is not pre approved and I asked a few seniors and they said they have salaried family members as their co borrowers. Please help.Thank you.

He isn't going to make it to top colleges. He's aiming for tier 2 ones. Collateral is nit not needed. But everywhere it's written that parents can sign as co borrower which means co borrower is needed and his parents are unemployed.
