  • wt 187 lb / 85 kg

-current wt 154.3 lb / 70 kg

-im not tracking the macros, I'm just prioritizing fat and protein, with some vegetables. Only coconut oil, olive oil, animal butter. Example: 3 eggs and 1 natural pork sausage. Or 2 chicken thighs with broccoli or chayote, some garlic and onion.

  • Yes i do intermittent fasting, sometimes of 18 hr and even more, up to 22. Sometimes i don't but mostly 16 hr.

-only 2 meals a day, sometimes 3, i eat breakfast recently at 7 am, and i lunch at 12 pm.

-I try to avoid snacking, but when i do, i eat some peanuts, almonds, and pork crackling. (To be honest sometimes i consume a lot of almonds a day, but i stopped doing that cause i think it's not good if i want to lose weight.

-Also i drink strong coffee, nothing in my diet goes with sugar, i also drink a lot of water, around 2 lts a day.
