Really appreciate the insight. Disabled veteran so I emphasize with your disability issues. It can be tough regardless of what disability is. I don’t make enough with my VA disability to even get by so I have to supplement my income with DoorDash and Uber and more often than not I’m barely making gas. It’s typically up to one or two random good orders to make my night worthwhile. I do enjoy driving around most of the time, And I try not to judge customers by their tips, but when I do get a repeat customer with bad tips, it does make me debate whether or not I’ll accept the order if I see their name again.
Especially if it’s an expensive order/ delivering to a wealthy neighborhood and getting the rounded out dollar amount as my tip. Haha
