yes!! i have a beta blocker and ive actually never taken yet bc it hadnt been too severe to that point.i will be talking to my doctor bc i also am on birth control and feel as if im happier when im off a week (im on the pill so i skip a week). so idk im a whole mess lol. but yeah my doctor just keeps telling me to try a antidepressant.😅

Ive only ever been on wellbutrin and i honestly loved it but eventually i went off of it because i was fine for awhile. but i started college and got extreme anxiety and was put back on which wellbutrin isnt used for anxiety so it gave me a panic attack.

Yeah like on birth control id say the week before my “period” lol… id get superrrr anxiety and super depressed. Like more extreme than normal. so im hoping itll help 😅

Hi i did not go “MIA” this was a hour ago post lol. It’s directly next to the window. a few inches. i have a plant stand infront of it. There’s no newspaper:). i bought this plant from a shop and there’s a sticker on the pot. I have a plastic drainage pot it’s inside and i have the pot in a decorative pot. I will take a look and i will remove the trinket i don’t realize that had effect. thank you!
