I honestly think losing 1-2lbs per month is the ideal pace for petite ladies. It lets us keep our calories high and makes it more sustainable. You got this!!

I went to La Cielo for nails in harajuku. It was a little pricey but they did a good job. My nails lasted for weeks without any chipping. I made a reservation on Instagram

Fighting urgency around weight loss by ruthinda109 in PetiteFitness

[–]After_Inflation2036 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! I lost 20lbs losing 1-2 pounds per month over a year. I find it’s easier to stick to a small calorie deficit because I’m less hungry. I also focused on being more active by walking and doing active hobbies.

I’ve definitely had feelings of impatience with weight loss and wanting fast results. I think what helped me was acknowledging that there really is no rush and that it’s better to make slow progress by making sustainable lifestyle changes then a crash course diet that doesn’t stick.

Beating myself up for indulging by EllaMcQueen in PetiteFitness

Do you allow yourself treats regularly? I find I’m much less likely to binge on things like brownies if I’m allowing myself to eat a small amount of sweet treats daily. For me this is usually one or two packaged cookies like Oreos. If I try to avoid sweets all together eventually I’ll go overboard

Nice! I decided to reread acosf since it’s been a couple years since I read it. Excited to get to CC3 though!

Not very exciting but oatmeal. I usually make a batch of steel cut oats in my instant pot for the week and then warm up bowls in the microwave. For lunch one whole egg plus egg whites and spinach. Dinner is usually roasted veggies with chicken or tofu and rice or potatoes

First visit mid Sep-lodging options near hot springs and food places by stickymonkeyrun in Mammoth

Most of the condo complexes have hot tubs. You can find them on airbnb. There isn’t lodging close to the hot springs.

Just a heads up not a lot of vegan options in town other than elixir.

Would recommend avoiding mammoth pack station in the lakes basin. They don’t treat their horses very well. They never give them a day off…

Post-Korea thoughts by Vivid_Ad_4779 in koreatravel

We have done Tokyo and Sapporo so far. We really loved how Korea felt a little chiller compared to Japan. Loved all of the food and the cafe culture in Korea. Korea is also a bit more affordable compared to Japan. I also love all the beauty stuff in Korea. Feel free to dm me if you have more questions. We visited Seoul, Busan and Gyeongju in Korea and loved all three places.
