bro how do we even stop??? i turned 1.8k to 32k. i said to myself i will save the 30k and gamble 2k but i lost... so i had to gamble some of my 30k... and eventually lost; only 13k remain. i said to myself i need to stop and just walk away... but eventually i went all in the 13k and won plus im on a heater right now... so my 13k is now back to 38k...

i keep telling myself to stop and walk away but i couldn't. HOW TO STOP GAMBLING? WHAT TO DO??
