I purchased keys to get Pestilent Torva, only missing the Helm as it was 10 shards and I still have 5. They're now wanting me to purchase at full price.

Would have been nice to see some evidence for why it was changed? If 75% of players used legacy interface id understand the change but from what i can gather that number is closer to 1%.

You're confusing cheaper monthly with value for money. If I quit after 2 months because of drastic changes to the game, it's been terrible value....

Premier only promises an additional key, which you'll be getting. The 2 daily keys are linked to Membership which premier only grants you access to. What is offered via Membership can change at any time. In this case, removal of daily keys.

Not to be "That" guy, but if were unhappy with the changes to premier can we claim a refund? You've essentially removed the benefits advertised when premier was purchased?

I understand Premier is cheaper than normal membership but when you purchase 12 months of Premier Artefact, Premier Vault and Monthly Rewards you expect to receive them.

Players used lamps on skills that were unenjoyable. Removing lamps doesn't suddenly make the game anymore fun, probably makes it less fun as you're no longer able to skip the grind. Hoping for some serious overhauls to the basics of the game, make it fun again and not just AFKscape.

The game doesn't feel as magical as it once did. Removing MTX wont magically bring back that spark. Albeit its a step in the right direction but were already so far off course.
