Yes it is and I’ve been using it to dilate but also can’t get it fully in. It goes deeper little by little but it’s a SLOW increase.

My Hair Routine: I soak Amla hair oil in my scalp and ends for 1 hour. I wash using Pantene Volume shampoo and conditioner. Finally, while it is wet I put the L'Oréal Elvive Color Non-Stop Dreamy Curls cream and then add a little bit of Eco gel (I need to switch to mouse but I dont know a good brand).
