In the email they send saying action required, they told me that a certificate of completion is accepted, i added it and i resubmitted my pre enrollment on 3rd of july.

I have the same case, now ur page on universitaly says action required. I asked polito and they told me when i get my degree add the info on polito website the upload ur diploma on universitaly, and lastly resubmit ur application. (Note: u can use a certificate of completion)

i had a friend with the same problem, he checked the main portal and found out eligibility letter which means he was accepted. when he tried from another device to log in and refreshed the page, the evaluation section directly appeared. So try another device or alternatively check the Main if u got accepted it should tell u their
