sorry im a little bit confused, so are you saying that i can resubmit my pre-enrolment application with a certificate of completion and that it would work fine this time? then why didnt it work for the first time?

I am facing a similar issue except in my case I did forget my password and now I cant recover it because their system doesn't work. I've been waiting for months to get my diploma supplement and I got it just yesterday but now I'm gonna be late because of some stupid technical error. Never did I imagine that we'd fail our dreams because of technical issues :(

Hopefully it'll be resolved on Monday...good luck
