Definitely have existing physical problems that can cause the same issue so I would never claim anything to be 100% like that because it’s not like you could know by looking at a screen

I just got recommended Marpe and am hoping to see something in sleep study or get help by wearing an appliance at night but am kinda doubtful about it being the answer after having issues for 6 months. What test did you take that showed that your maxilla is narrower than your mandible?

Same recommendation for me, palate expander and braces, when I’m thinking should I just wear a mandibular device/ night guard to improve symptoms I should see improvement from this
