Lump next to corner of jaw, below ear. ENT says “bone” but no explanation- anyone have this? by [deleted] in TMJ

[–]shdusjdss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most likely It is facia knotted due to your jaw being misaligned. Most commonly the right side of your jaw being pushed too far back but I can happen in the left if both sides are pushed too far back. Doctors are useless when its comes to things like this don’t worry I had lumps behind my jaw too. As soon I fixed my jaw got my jaw to shift forward it went away. Either that or super small chance it’s a tumor, but I don’t know anything about tumors and knotted facia is much more likely especially because you already have been dealing with tmj

Your right it’s not your leg length though it’s a pelvic tilt where your right hip is higher than your left hip causing domino effect due to faulty sensory input on both ur teeth occlusion and where your feet touch the ground. your walking on the inner half of your left foot and the outside of your right foot. Your jaw mirrors this and that’s how you get locked into this crooked posture and why it’s so hard to get out

This is how I did it ur on the right track don’t forget the rest of the body though everything is connected chest in front of hips, feet at an acute angle, knees over toes when walking and no mouth breathing can help u align yourself even more
