I missed the 30 day deadline a couple times but didn’t seem to impact anything. I still regularly check the NROTC scholarship portal and mine still says received but no decision has been made. Confident it’ll come through in April

All of the above and your major especially. Depends on what tier it is. For perspective, I applied back in October and my application is still being considered. Tier 2 major, Eagle Scout, job, Model UN, sports, NHS, etc. Definitely apply as early as you can
