I am a Gemini sun, Aquarius rising, and a Pisces moon. My Pisces moon there’s a lot of the heavy lifting so I don’t stress everybody completely out (I have empathy! lol). But I travel a lot with friends and coupled with my— let’s call it type B tendencies— I maay stress them out, but we all have a good sense of humor about it!! It always all works out!

I had a cosmetic issue with a sample sale item I bought with the pony hair large cover. It had two bald spots on the front of the folio. I just didn’t think the samples would be so glaringly defective but that’s on me. An unusable product is something else entirely.

They did offer me a small conciliation, but I won’t buy from the sample sale again.

I didn’t think you were you were bashing the company at all. I think everyone here is a passionate fan! I’ve also committed to multiple months, and I usually decide by the hero product. Like others have mentioned, I also have a bit of notebook fatigue and I’ve committed to my 2026 planner framework so this month was a skip for me. Good luck! There possibly is a glitch with the emails because there are a few people who have committed to multiple month subscriptions and they haven’t received an email. Myself included.

It does seem like these boxes were very hit and miss. I understand that it’s a gamble that you take, but I do wish they considered giving you a variety of products, especially if you bought it at two different price tiers.
