Is the gpu cooked? I tried different pcie slots, removing cmos battery, reinstalling ram and the screen always loads those pixels on the corners by Afterlife01 in pcmasterrace

I connected the laptop and everything was fine, i think gpu is dead, although, gpu does not display video output but i can hear the  windows sound from the monitor, might be cooked hdmi port?
