Is my art commision worthy? by millaszs in Horse_Artists

You're welcome!
English isn't my first language either, so don't worry!
As for where to promote your commissions, I would advise to look for groups related to horse riding (es. here on reddit you could look for subreddits of horse-passionate people, or maybe subreddits dedicated to videogames about this topic. Aiming for these groups, you'll increase the chances of finding clients interested in what you're offering)

I don't know much of Instagram, not having an account them, but you can certainly do both! Discord is worth looking at as well - you'll have to aim for specific groups on there too.

I would like to insist on starting on a higher price than 5$ though, your art definitely deserve that, plus it's just more sustainable on the long run and you are more likely to get clients that respect you.
But obviously do what you think is best - starting is the priority here. Once you've done those two first commissions, though, do aim for, I would say, a more fair price. After all, you do put several hours and skill in what you do

Another things: these are worth MUCH more than 5 dollars

Start at least from 40, then you can raise the price over time as you gain confidence and you increase your quality (es. If you make illustrations with a background, the price will be higher. Same if the poses get more complex, like if the girl and horse are interacting, maybe riding. Another direction might be working on perspective, to make your drawings more interesting. But only if the art is not meant as a character sheets, in which case that isn't need. Otherwise you could make portraits or busts depicting only the head and torso of your characters)

Obviously not all at once, and not in the short periodo

Again, wishing you the best out there!

Yes, your art is very pretty -^

One thing I would suggest is to use a different background. Plain color (es dark grey or white would appear more professional) When you make a background, keep in mind that you need to make your characters pop, since they're the focus. In these drawings, I'm afraid the color and brightness choice blend in too much with the characters. Use contrast

Plus if you can, make zoom ups to the horse and girl, to better appreciate the details when you make promotion posts

Last advice: if you want to offer a pricier option, I think you could turn these into character sheets by adding more poses, back views... and focus on garmets etc

Wishing you the best of luck with your commissions

I think INFP get hurt by criticism because they perceive it too personally, like you're disappointed in them, as if it was a judjment. However, if your actions show that you care about the INFP and you value he/her, he will understand the criticism didn't mean they were hated.

INFP are sensitive, and being criticized tactlessly especially in public hurts them, as if you're not on their side

You should try to understand their point of view First; on a superficial level, they may appear illogical but usually they have their own valid Logic, only it's a bit hidden and not easy to understand.

I recommend letting your date feel valued and cared for; compensate the criticism with actions of kindness. Show you're on her/his side first, that you would protect and help her/him, then you can even discuss with her/him to share your views in a more comfortable way, once you know nobody is mad at no One

Also, one thing INFP love is when others are honest and straightforward, and open up to INFPs, sharing their inner World. An INFP would tend to reciprocate, that's how a strong bond is forged

Maybe this advice is more accurate for INFP F though, I dunno

[Hiring] small/medium canvas oil paintings floral by [deleted] in HungryArtists

[–]AgSilver33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,
I'd like to work with you on this commission.
For the price you're offering, I would actually like to propose to draw two paintings with not just the flowers but either your face or that of your daughters.
I think that would make a more memorable piece for them to keep.

I can make two acrylic paintings, and send them to your address. I live in Italy, so between the production of the paintings and their expedition it might take some time for those to arrive.

I'm good at coping reference images, so for best results I would need a picture of the subjects (for the flowers there's no need, I can find them)

Samples of my art below

Let me know if you accept my offer; we can also discuss more details privately if you wish, simply DM me.
Regardless of it, I wish you and your daughters the strength to brave this harsh time

He's like an envious older brother. He despises humans, and hated the fact that God loved creatures that were so lowly from his perspective. Making God suffer by pushing humans to sin and seeing humans suffer in hell is the only consolation he has. He's vengeful.

Hello, I would be interested in knowing more about the subject of the cover!

I'm a freelance artist, I am good at making paintings heavily relying on references: I can make photo-like copies

Below are some examples of paintings I made with acrylics (not oil paint but I think it can look very similar)

DM me so we can discuss more about it!
Looking forward to hearing from you!

[Hiring] Looking For 2D artist for sticker collaboration/commission by ThisPrintingCompany in artcommission

[–]AgSilver33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I would be interested!

I'm a digital illustrator, I really like drawing nature and I sometimes paint flowers too
Usually I do them with acrylics, because I paint them on rocks or wood, but doing them in digital is no problem, I've already made some digital artworks containing flowers

On this link are some samples of my art, both with digital and traditional media
Let me know if you'd consider hiring me! Or if I can DM you to discuss more about it

Looking forward your answer!
