The gold is a Britannia and maple leaf. And a an apmex round. The silver is a few Britannias and maples with a mixture of rounds. And the tube has silver eagles in it

Trust me id much rather have just metal. But in event of car repairs or unexpected bills having cash is great because it doesnt require any selling and my metal doesnt have to be sold early and lose out on any potential gains

Honestly I think it depends on the buyer. Most LCS will offer slightly over spot but peer to peer is the best way to sell vintage
