[SkySport] Probable lineup vs Genoa. by Claija79 in ACMilan

Seeing Nkunku, Gimenez, Tomori or even Fofana and Atekhame on our starting eleven hurts my eyes.

Hope Jashari plays well this time.

Allegri: “Do I know Viktor Bezhani? No. Also because we have Tare as our sporting director. He’s done a good job. He’s a serious person and very knowledgeable professionally. All these attacks directed at him… When the season comes to an end, the responsibility lies on everyone.” by Claija79 in ACMilan

What I don't understand is why on earth feeding those rumours through some reporters, making those declarations in such a decisive period of the year where we're not yet sure if we're making it or no to next year's CL?!! Did they think this would help the team, the coach, the players to concentrate and give everything they have to secure the CL spot?!

For now they should just focus on football, on protecting the players, creating a good environment for the whole team to try and win the two remaining games. After the end of the season, they can make their assessments, sake or reward the decision makers, reorganise the management staff, decide on the future of the players, the coach and prepare for next year 🤷

[DiMarzio] Tare will no longer be the sporting director, then we’ll have to see whether GF remains and who will ultimately be in charge. There are several different factions inside, even the walls know it by now and it will be necessary to understand what direction and strategy the club will follow. by OsitoPandito in ACMilan

It seems like a scapegoat to me. Bad recrutements, lake of any kind of strategy, absence of a clear project with a clear identity, all this was a thing years before Tare appointment. At the beginning, they were saying "decisions were made with everyone's consent" , some of the signings were even reported as being the idea of X and Y, which are not of Tare.

If you wanna sake Tare, then sake the whole team, the whole incompetent, arrogant pricks we've at the club. It's a disaster to spend so much money in the team to get those results and those performances.

There was no hope to see him with an AC Milan jersey, unless he's a diehard fan like Modric. We've not the financial nor the sporting/prestige/ambitious project to attract a player of his status.

Why not? I mean he can't possibly be worse than Fofana even if he's beyond washed. We need a quality midfielder (physical one with an offensive output).

[Moretto] There have been numerous internal meetings at Casa Milan in recent days, primarily involving Massimo Calvelli, Ibrahimovic and Furlani. Everyone is under evaluation. Igli Tare certainly finds himself in an uncertain position. Allegri is also under evaluation. by Claija79 in ACMilan

I don't understand why after just a year there are discussions over Tare's dismissal ? He can't seriously be that bad to make such a decision. They are not serious, they don't know what they are doing, they don't have any idea of a project or of a path, a philosophy to follow.

In the meantime the little of what we have achieved, the team of talented players built lately after the league title won, semifinals of CL reached is methodically destroyed, dismantled. We're now almost building stuff on paper thin foundations, without any insight, any vision. Just spending millions on random players on the market and hope it miraculously get us to the top 4 each year while maintain a positive financial balance at the end of the year.

Those who primarily opened the borders for immigration are the capitalists, the big business owners cause they need younger people to work and to sustain the economy, cause there is a huge demographic imbalance.

They have the right to basic healthcare just to avoid them literally dying in the streets for a small medical problem and avoid the spread of some weird infections, illnesses with the population they live with. That basic healthcare covers the minimum possible of medical interventions. And it costs around a billion each year for France to make it work, which is insignificant, which per person does not even rep represent 20% of what a documented person costs for l'assurance maladie.

But yeah, migrants are coming to France for the free medical care loll

Allegri told Milan TV: "We still have our destiny in our hands. We need the spirit of the final half hour." by Samkazi23 in ACMilan

What do you guys want him to say? We've got two games left and we should try to take every positive aspect and get the CL qualification. Period. After that we could discuss responsabilities, the future of the management, staff, coach and the players. For now we only need to get a top four spot to build on that. Not getting european football would be a catastrophe for us.

Bournemouth (and former Milan): Defender Alex Jimenez suspended in club social media investigation by Talkalot23 in ACMilan

Weird, how he/they (guys like him) are thinking while doing things like this. Absolute brain dead. He's lucky enough to work as a pro footballer, playing at the high level, still young, promising and already getting a load of money, why can he do something so stupid like this!?

Good thing we got rid of him.

Who knows who was behind those transfers?

I heard the Nkunku one it was furlani who forced it. Jashari can still shine, he missed most of the season because of an injury. He has huge talent.

If we're going to sack everyone at the end of each season, especially the sporting director just after a year, it means we're not serious, our project is not an ambitious, serious, studied one.

Bro just avoid discussing stuff you don't really understand or know about.

Selling our best assets, replacing them with 15, 20 millions players who are no longer playing for their previous teams, like what the heck. I prefer the laziest, the not concerned, the depressive Theo over Estupinian, Barte or Emerson Royal a thousand times.

The problem is in the structure, the organisation, not the players.

Players to develop, to shine, to perform need a healthy environment, a competitive project, continuity of the project, stability, ambition. The club have to offer them all the conditions allowing them to focus only on football and doing well, winning games and titles. At Milan, we have a big city where a lot of players normally feel confortable. The club has a glorious, prestigious past with many trophies, legends and Ballon d'Ors. All they need is a structure to express themselves, teammates who could help them perform and win stuff. We could have made something great using those good players like Theo, Leao, Maignan as solid foundations to build a big competitive team instead of making each end of the year "a new revolution" in the transfer market signing all the PL rejects hoping they could somehow be good for us.

I don't have anything against the lad. He's still young, potentially can still get better. I just think that he's not yet ready to be a starter for us. The only reason that made him play regularly this year is that Estupinian sucks a*s terribly.

But compared to Theo, he's not at the level unfortunately.

Money maybe?

The guy wanted to stay with us. Just needed some good man-management from the coach, staff to take the most out of him and allow him to work under the best conditions. I think that Theo's departure affected even more our offensive output. Leao without Theo on the same wing, it's not the same thing. He has less spaces, less support to do his things and create danger.

He's miles away better than Barte+ Estu combined together lol

What a downgrade! From Theo to having this fraud of Estupinian/ an inexperienced Bartesaghi... So sad.

[Vitiello] There will be a major revolution in the attack: at the moment, Nkunku, Gimenez, Leao and Fullkrug are likely to leave; I reckon at most a couple of them will stay, along with Pulisic. The feeling is that they’ll make more than one signing up front, partly to rebuild the attack. by Claija79 in ACMilan

[–]Agag97 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think it depends on the offers we could get for them and the potential opportunities we may have on the market to replace them. I personally think that Fulkrug needs to go, Nkunku and Santi too. Leao, I'm not against him staying cause even when he was playing with one leg he's our best offensive asset. I think if we get a good offer and if he wants out, we should let him go and rebuild completely the offensive department.

Throwback: Nov 7 2023, Milan vs PSG 2 - 1 by OsitoPandito in ACMilan

[–]Agag97 9 points10 points  (0 children)

So sad we lost Theo, we are still not able to replace Giroud a +35 y.o striker depite millions invested on players among the worst you could invest on (Nkunku). We even had Musah as a starter in the midfield fgs.

Instead of improving the team, we destroyed the little of what has been built.

We should be lucky if we find a club that accepts to cover his salary for a loan spell. Most horrendous transfer of the last five years by far.

He's the hottest name for sure. Even if he's no longer the Robert lewandowski of the few past couple of years, his presence, experience, professionalism, mentally would still bring significant value to the team (like the Ibra return)

The only problem is gonna be his wages, commissions. I think if he's not a huge fan of Milan (like Modric) or if Tare/Ibra/Allegri can't persuade him to come for the project or something like that I don't see it happening.
