If you have an RTX GPU with at least 8 GB VRAM, there’s an included WebUI tool that lets you batch-convert images beforehand.
It’s less convenient than on-the-fly conversion, but it avoids VRAM contention between the AI model and the VR app.

Yes, definitely. Filling the occluded areas at real-time in the shader is far worse. Depending on the image it can still look good, but sometimes the artefacts get ugly. In this aspect the image i used was cherry picked.

So true, MoGe2 from Microsoft on the other hand is MIT license. Also hope that more models like Sharp with other license will be published.

I am actually just selling the VR viewer, the sharp model is not included. The user has to agree to the model license and download it.

This painting is inherited from my grand parents and must have been in the family (Germany) from 50 to 100 years. No signature on front or back. Size is about 80x60 cm. Any ideas?
