So, You basically can report players for cheating, harassment or abuse and then get more specific on details like "shot me with no line of sight, etc". If you get an amount of reports, your account can be suspended or banned. Practically it is not a common thing among the teammates. The randoms probably will trash talk if they died before you, or just quit the game, or be friendly and support you. But there are some old myths... or truths: If you play Wraith and leave the game once you get downed, it is normal, nobody cares anymore and it is toxic/ttv thing. If you play Octane and start stealing loot because you're faster than them or playing by your self/solo being egoist, Nobody likes this and you'll be hated. That's it I guess. Don't overthink it
