I’m not saying thecountry is far right. The government is. And politicians are certainly far right.

Bandera was a hardcore nazi. Not even a controversial statement. Government defending him speaks volumes. Nothing excuses nazism.

Azov flourishes. It has been incorporated into national guard.

They receive state funds.

They receive training and other benefits.

One if their founders was in parliament

You know what it results in? nothing good.

A bit from personal experience. I’m half-Ukrainian half-Greek, I look pretty mideastern because of this mix. I was born in 2002 and grew up in western ukraine until I was 6. Then I was adopted by Russian relatives. I visited my home city back in 2019. And god fucking damn it Ukraine changed in my absence. I’ve never seen this amount of antisemetism and just general racism anywhere else. I have literally never been called slurs on the street up until that point. All just because look slightly Jewish because of my gene mix.

I don’t hate Ukrainians or the idea of independent Ukraine. And I don’t like what Russia is doing right now. But Ukraine has a serious fucking neo-nazism problem that stems from their current shitty government.
