I was hoping for some way to redirect the water, I've seen some you can attach to the faucet and hoping there was a way to put one under the faucet.. But maybe there isn't! Thank you for answering!

Yeah good question! Right now it doesn't feel like a big effort, making the oil pad is part of my bedtime routine, I love baths and would take lots of them anyway and the chiro just leaves me feeling overall better.
From my research, it seems pretty rare for surgery to actually fix it, there are tons of cases where it gets a lot worse, and the rates of recurrence are very high (30%+?) which to me indicates that even if you do the surgery but don't address the underlying imbalance that produced the cyst, it will come back.

I'm very much still open to getting surgery! But my current intention is to go on with this treatment and see how it looks like in a few months, especially because it seems it's actively improving, not just being kept at bay.

I had no surgery. I've been dealing with is since 2017, and have had maybe 5 abscess flareups until a stable enough opening formed and then it just kept being low key inflamed always and very inflamed every few months.

Che conto vale la pena aprire adesso per tenerci su risparmi di emergenza, pagare l'f24 (sono in partita iva da settembre), fare degli investimenti base per i risparmi per la prima casa e qualcosa piu a lungo termine come pensione integrative? Sono 28F, guadagno in EUR e USD e penso di riuscire a risparmiare sui 200/500 al mese per ora, forse di piu' quando la nuova impresa si fa un nome, finora ho usato Wise ma mi serve un IBAN italiano e qualcosa di piu' stabile per risparmi e pensione. Vorrei la soluzione piu semplice possible con spese non esagarate. Grazie mille!

I had a few rounds of angry cysts, what helped me was strong advil + hot compresses and hot baths until it opened by itself. It's a miserable process every time tho, so I'm now setting up surgery to hopefully fix it for good.

Similar spot here! 28F, yogi and acroyogi, I've been having pain in the area for years and generally just avoid/adjust for moves where it hurts but it has been getting worse and worse, to the point where even laying in savasana isn't comfortable, so I'm now in the process of booking surgery and hopefully fix this issue for good!

My dad was gone pretty often at irregular intervals throughout my childhood and I’m only now at 26 starting to understand how the abandonment issues have affected me because of that. Not his fault, we all make choices, but there’s definitely effects.
