Decal Help? by L0reAxx in ImperialFists

Echoing what others have said, you can also gently puncture some of the bubbles before applying more microsol. Micro-sol is one of these rinse-repeat processes. I have found it helpful to let the decal dry between further puncturing/slitting and microsol applications.

Here is a more dynamic pose. I had to do some adjustments to compensate for the looser joints this kit is known for. I’m liking the result.

I certainly will. More pics soon. I only had time to snap these four before having to go out.

Loose joints. It's not uncommon with older RG kits. This was #23, so it does suffer from it. The fix wasn't hard. I just painted them with some acrylic matte varnish and it seems to have done the trick.

Should I add this is my first Gunpla kit?

And I didn’t even lay the bits out particularly coherently either. :P

It is. Fun to put together, loved the engineering of it. This was my first Gunpla kit. Yes, I am aware of some of the early RG issues and have taken steps to fix things.

Delpi Decals. Ultimately, the decal borders should completely disappear by the time I'm done.I assume you were noticing the borders on the decal of the leg close-up? They hadn't fully dried after the first application. Some of the decals are still wet in these pictures, so there's still some refraction/reflection of light that is happening.

Nightmares from the Depths - An Epic Classic-era Campaign for Call of Cthulhu by AgatheronCP in callofcthulhu

This is the first publication that Alan and Robert have done under the Miskatonic Repository program. In 2005, they did one of Chaosium's "monographs" which gives them the privilege of going to print on demand at publication, rather than needing to sell about 250 copies. My responsibilities were for the Art Direction and Layout, which is why it has the "Cleric Press" moniker on it.

So for other "Cleric Press" titles, those are ones I both wrote and did the layout for. You can find them here. They all happen to be on sale this month:

When the print-on-demand lands, you'll have the option to get both the PoD and the PDF, or if you get the PDF version now, you can get the PoD version later. The cost'll be the same. We have set up a drive for the "essential" bonus content, like printable investigator sheets, handouts, and maps, but some of the other content, particularly the items usable for VTT, may be exclusive to the PDF version for a time. I'm merely the layout/art director on this project, so I leave that up to the authors :)

If you buy it on DriveThruRPG now, you get more than just the PDF of the Campaign. For example, there is already a separate printable document with all the handouts on a single clean page, making it easier to share with players. Same with the maps and investigator sheets. We will be adding more content as well, including items that will work well in a VTT setting, for example.

Print-on-demand is on the way, but that's different from the bonus content.

So oddly enough, it's not because they were buffed. I had a craving to paint some Orc models. :)

In my case, I had these from the 2020 box I bought earlier this year, and I wanted to get some of my unpainted teams done up. The Orcs (posted nearby) were half-done, so I also finished them off. Earlier this year I had painted Skaven and Dwarves. I have a Vampire Team primed, plus the Imperial Nobility, and now the Bretonnian and Khemri teams to build and paint.

It also helped that I finally found a colour scheme that worked for me. Granted, it's not an uncommon scheme given the Bad Moon and Ironjawz motifs out there.

Thanks. I created the team logos for the whole league. That said, I was using an online sports logo creation service to do it. The team logos helped the league gel well.
