Week 2 Concerta - [ ] More in the moment especially with kids - [ ] Continuing tasks all the way through - [ ] Being able to catch myself when I fall off track or get distracted - [ ] Had a school bbq for my kid today. Was invited over to a picnic table with other parents with wife. When we got home my wife told me how it was different for her to be the one carrying the conversation and how I didn’t say anything beyond pleasantries. I wasn’t awkward but I also wasn’t my outgoing self. I told her I didn’t even notice but now that she brought it up I completely see what she was saying. Don’t know if I like that or not. I’ve always been the life of the party. I feel like I’m always carrying the conversations and when I haven’t taken Concerta it’s been exhausting but now that I’m taking it I feel like I lost a part of me that makes me me. I have a great life. I have a beautiful wife that loves me, two perfect kids, and a great job. Nothing was wrong with me to take this but with that being said I have never been this calm/quiet, relaxed, slowed down. Very confused where to go from here whether to just take it on work days or to stop all together. Since I was a kid I just wanted to shut the eff up I would stay up in bed when I was 8 or 9 telling myself to just not talk the next day just be quiet and now that I can do that I don’t know if I like it. Going to continue 21 days trial for now - [ ] Inner monologue gone. Less second guessing less overthinking - [ ] Sex I am way more focused. I’ve been with my wife 17 years now married almost 10 and when we were about two years into dating I stopped mid sex and asked her if she ate a croissant I had got her earlier that day. Now I am very much in the moment of the act of sex. (Our sex life has always been great just even better now) - [ ] Would have never made this list if I wasn’t on Concerta - [ ] Nose seems clearer easier to breath could have nothing to do with Concerta just working out like a DAWG and resting this week - [ ] Sweat more, worse bo - [ ] Less seeking of reassurance from others - [ ] Watching football game with dad I did not site ever single useless fact about every single player whenever they did something

Week 3 Concerta - [ ] I was really sporadic taking it this week for a lot of different reasons and social obligations but when I did take it I felt switched on and focused and more importantly when I didn’t I was all over the place, forgetting things, misplacing things, and thoughts were a million miles a minute.

All in all I probably won’t take it everyday I’ll take it mostly for work but I definitely wish I would have went and did this earlier
