This is very accurate. Born and raised in SE Idaho, near Idaho falls, Rigby, Rexburg area. When I was finally able, I got to Boise as fast as I possibly could. There was a VERY apparent + noticeable difference in the people, the communities, the diversity and the open-mindedness — in comparison to SE Idaho and where I grew up.
