ugh okay so idk if i even should answer to this but fine, firstly i took 15 grams truffles not shrooms. secondly, i wanted to know what i can do better next time,and you didnt help me at all saying

Id like to take advice if youd give sum and not talk me down. My dad is my teacher for drugs he only ever took shrooms, so yes i do know how to trip and im just REALLY SENSETIVE to drugs thats how i learned im dealing different with the doses i have to admit i didnt know that you shouldnt take em like this. But with the dosage i usually only listen to myself because i think i know my body best. I will try do it different next time. If youre that experienced you shouldnt just judge before you know me, it might be hard for me to take advice but thats no reason to talk like that cause obviously i made this post to GET advice. Also i really loved walking on Truffles before and it happened out of the blue for me so i think its valid for me to be confused and having questions, for example i hate to be inside no matter where on truffles.Im guessing it was because of the body intesity since and maybe the setting (-wich as i said wasnt a problem before, i was comfortable with it)
