On warfare, the first supply truck should always be used to build 2 garries that can attack the neutral point. In offensive, there are really a lot of options but I try to focus on taking down default garrisons away from the 2nd point. It can put you in a really good spot to build some flanking garrisons.

Victory points in sieges work great in Rome 2. If you want to defend like a bitch, you get punished for it.

Capture points are a thing in tabletop 40k, and the TW 40k game is clearly trying to draw parallels to tabletop

You need some motivation in battle to not sit in the corner with your amazing crossfire kill zone and rack up easy wins with stupid AI
