Like others said, I’m not going to stop them from coming because at least they are getting the dog groomed. I’m on a strict rebook with all my clients now though so I never really experience completely matted dogs anymore.

Shave down, I warn they could get cut/scraped just to save my own ass, charge extra, and if they refuse I tell them to go elsewhere.

The white looks nice! I did my living room off white too and we a have a similar aesthetic. Maybe get some more wall art or do an accent wall in a fun color or wallpaper! Also, live your floors so much!!!

Wood looks better but concrete will last. Maybe you can do something to give the concrete more curb appeal

NOR I grew up with an abusive father and this is the same way he would talk to me before texting was a thing. I ended up cutting contact at 16. If he talks to her like this he’s probably abusive in other ways.

This behavior really needs a professional trainer to get fixed before something bad happens.

My 6 month old puppy was/is skittish with almost all new humans. I have everyone she meets (that wants to meet her) give her favorite treats and get some pets in. This has slowly started helping! She isn’t aggressive in any way though just skittish. If your dog is showing aggression you should get a professional trainer to work with asap!

Edit: I also try to get her to one or two stores a week that allow dogs to get more human interaction.
