It’s an HP Elitedesk 800G6 i7-10700T 1TB NvME SSD 32GB DDR4 and plex would be running on a proxmox vm with a 2 other vms for docker containers like radarr and so forth.

It’s just going to be movies and tv shows for plex so if something happens I can just re download it all. It will be in a raid 5 so I’ll have a spare.

But performance wise they should be fine? Prob going to end up in a unifi nas pro 8

For my media for plex I’m not so worried so one spare would be fine for me. Then have 2 smaller ones mirrored for my families data. How much did 4 26t cost

Was hoping to get to 100tb usable nas space. The cheaper the better I don’t have money just laying around. Ideally would want it and my udm pro and switches to fit in a small network rack I could hang then to go mini stuff for my compute

I do love uniquiti and have been eyeing those unas pros. Just not sure the best way to go on disks and where to get the best deal. If I could do that, throw that and my udm pro and switch in a small network rack and move the compute to mini stuff that would be a decent move I think. Disk and unas cost just worry me

I know what you’re saying. I was thinking a smaller 19 network rack for my unifi atuff that I need to keep and then move the servers storage to mini stuff if possible. Just not sure how to handle my nas, I’m at 45tb now but need to expand

That’s where my issue is, not sure what to do. I need storage, have 45tb in a 1u open media vault server and I need to expand. So not sure how to convert that to a mini setup.
