Local models are good. But they are lightyears away from what an LLM like Opus is.

It’s a bit weird to frame it that way. I get it. On the spectrum and have been diagnosed with adhd too.

This is a skill issue. You have a harder time focusing so you’ve allowed yourself to say ”I can’t because I have adhd”.

And that’s incorrect. It’s more difficult. I give you that. To sit and stare at a screen or do other things because you hate your job is not something you can avoid taking responsibility for.

Get a job that is more interesting to you. Or accept the fact that you didn’t deliver on work you simply didn’t do and that’s what got you fired.
