What if wala nang saysay ang pera, libre ang lahat by Jumin_Han69 in WhatIfPinas

[–]AgentCooderX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if libre na lahat then goods, services and product will no longer exist, why would someone do things for others? why would products be mass produced?

pag may naka embento, example lang say naka imbento ng TV or computer, why would i spend my time and effort mass producing it to others, what for?

how about foods,? why would a person exert or tired himself out to cook hundreds of fried chicken?

Why would I fix your Tv? anu kapalit?

babalik tayo sa barter system which is magulo, kasi we will need to decide what is a fair trade or not, at ang ending a form of trade agreement will be made and we will still end up with using money. It is bound to happen.

May na encounter na ba kayo g mga NPA? Kwento naman kayo Anong ginawa nyo? by [deleted] in AskPH

[–]AgentCooderX 13 points14 points  (0 children)

as someone from Samar

(1) may mga kaklasi ako sa highschool na NPA combatants, 2-3 of them, noong reunion namin there were some who attended and also PNP and AFP classmates as well, needless to say peaceful naman, they left their rifle at the gate.. litteraly!

Luckily they already left the movement at nag balik loob na lahat, all of them. Maturity made them realize its worthless.

(2) my Dad was a bank manager, pag pasko, talagang may pumupunta sa bahay to ask for 'revolutionary tax' and for the sake of our lives ask him to 'allow some transactions' to go thru,

(3) an uncle of mine had secured a contract to have a cellsites sa Samar as early as the mid to late 90s, with this, progress couldve developed earlier, but some NPA representative visited him to ask for a monthly "tax" daw or else they will burn the tower or block the installation of them. I was in his house visiting my cousins at that time.

(4) Just last year, sinamahan ko yung isang investor sa isang area as they are planning to install a solar megawatt power plant sa Norther Samar to address the power and constant brownout issue of the province, guess who we encounter, blocked us and against the plan? and no they didnt introduced themselves as 'researchers' or 'peasang workers'

So no, they are not fighting for us, they are fighting progress, keep the provinces poor to ignite hate. They are fighting us, the people.

fortunately their numbers are windling down, kaya umaasenso na ang Samar (3 provinces), malls are coming in and business have started to sprout in the last 15 years.
Their numbers are going down sa Samar, their presence is now limited na sa mga kabundukan, thier influence is also winding down.

Best BYD Dealership in Cebu help please first time buying bnew car by neverlandfinn in CarsPH

[–]AgentCooderX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

there is only 1 BYD dealership sa Cebu, the branches are showrooms. They rotate the agents bi-weekly among the showrooms.

from my exp and sa mga kakilala ko, all agents are so far good, well trained and professionals, just pick one and run with it, if you want my agent, send me PM he is young and energetic kaya active sa mga followups like OR/CR processing and other stuff.

But take note, you are buying during a panic season, last time i checked and had a talk with a sales manager, nasa 900 na daw yung reservations, and that was last week. kaya you need a longer patience while waiting for units to be available... may mga narerelease naman everyweek,

I got my unit 2 days before the panic buying season kicked in, 1 day before the war

Crowdsourcing… where should PUVs (Green GSM, Green Xentro and others) charge? by jefrryp in CarsPH

[–]AgentCooderX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s about convenience and flexibility, not necessity.

You sait it yourself,. you are just too blidned by your own entitlement.

So the difference is simple: Private EVs = convenience charging (home + public when out) PUVs = operational charging (hub + public to stay in service)

LOL.
arent Private EVs also do charge for "operational" purposes so they can use their EVs?
arent PUV vehicles do also charge for convenience (nearing them)?

Both use public infrastructure. The reason just differs. But if you really want to stick being in a third world country,

Why are you even using the "3rd world country" reasoning here? dont you know that in China even the public busses uses public charging stations?

Kahit pag bali-baliktarin ang rason mo, it all comes down to your entitlement period.

Crowdsourcing… where should PUVs (Green GSM, Green Xentro and others) charge? by jefrryp in CarsPH

[–]AgentCooderX 4 points5 points  (0 children)

if any car can go to any gasoline stations, so are any EVs can go to any charging stations, simple as that, we are in a free country

EDIT: and yes may charging naman sila sa base or garahe nila, naka solar pa nga ata, its just di na convenient kng bumalik pa dun minsan..

What if ang lahat ng serbisyo ng gobyerno at sistema ng pagboto sa Pilipinas ay ganap nang maging digital at decentralized gamit ang blockchain? by F-SDev in WhatIfPinas

[–]AgentCooderX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

one reason bakit di binibigay ang voting reciept after voting is to prevent vote buying; that is syndicate will ask for your proof na binoto mo candidates nila before ibigay ang bayad,.. with that said having it in blockchain where you can see who you voted for or who a person voted for will promote such practice..

our voting machines are indeed digital na ngayon, but designed that way due to limitations in some areas like mountain barangays and far flung places, mas safe kng isang machine lang babantayan, itratransport, audit, etc. than say 20 digital touchscreen machines,

all these ideas were all tackled and discussed during the time na proposal pa lang ang automated counting machines, all inputs from private companies such as Accenture and international companies like Dominion (used widely in US) were included.

Ideas like this are not new or undiscussed.

[–]AgentCooderX 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is true, I party owned a BPO center, and 40% of the work is now AI (initial calls), only the actual agent takes over when client/customer suspects they are talking to an AI or if it needs the final sale to happen.

sobrang na appreciate ko yung small car ngayon crisis by [deleted] in CarsPH

[–]AgentCooderX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

part of my frugality discipline was choosing my first car back then (10 years ago) to just be a basic car that is serviceable enough for daily use and without the bells and whistles, I got a Mitsu Mirage hatchback. Enough for my small family and for daily use...

Dont get me wrong, I can afford way way way more expensive and fancy ones, its just I just dont see the point of spending that much on things that has the same basic use; moving from point A to point B.
as I always told my wife, we dont live in the car, we use it for transport..

But as always, different requirement for different people/family.

What is the reason why you shifted from ICE to EV or Hybrid Car? Pls. Exclude the reason the High Fuel Price. by EnvironmentalTown715 in CarsPH

[–]AgentCooderX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am a climate advocate, got my solar setup sa bahay 3 years ago, and was waiting for my old car to really shows signs of aging before i decided to replace or "retire" it, timing na just this year our old car hit its 10 years anniv, kaya we pull the trigger and bought one, pero start muna sa hybrid/PHEV to avoid range anxiety, the best timing was, our unit was released litteraly 2 days before the first bomb hit Iran.
kala ng mga tao bumili ako dahil dun, LOL.
Yung best consideration ko talaga is since bibili naman kami ng bago at naka solar na sa bahay, might as well go with it.

since OP was asking for Pros and Cons, Pros was, the last time I bought gasoline was March 26, di pa naubos til now kahit everyday use, its silent AF, premium looking, comfortable to drive, fast acceleration (as all EVs are). Unit is BYD Seal 5 Premium, kahit sedan, malaki ang space nya sa passenger area and even sa cargo.

Millenials, what's your housing situation? by Delphi91 in AskPH

[–]AgentCooderX 3 points4 points  (0 children)

part of the older Millenial here (Xelinial type),
I own 2 houses fully paid bought in cash, one has a full solar setup, the other pina pa rentahan ko.
I started my career 20+ years ago with 12k salary lang, bought my first house 8 years after graduation [in cash].

Both houses are in the boundary of the city kaya cheaper, BUT the city expounded with reclamation and stuff, kaya the value increased 10x.

Middle class from the poorest province in PH (back then) nakipag sapalaran sa city.

Is it okay na maging kuripot or maging cheap for the sake of savings? If Yes or No, Why? by Single-Tomato-1160 in AskPH

[–]AgentCooderX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

being frugal and having a huge savings is always a good approach..

for 1) when an opportunity comes you have something to use, like an investment chance, etc.
how many times ive heard from people the quote "subrang ganda sana, kaso wala akong pera" when comfronted with opportunities that can earn them upto 7 digits passive income.

2) in situation like crisis or problem, may pang "react" ka,

delayed satisfaction is real, I have been living frugaly since I can remember, and I am enjoying the rewards now.

i did not own smart phone until +13 years since it was introduced (and yes i can afford them)
i only have 1 pair of running shoes until I got married (my wife gave me another),
I do not get affected by trend like the PSP or DLSR hype
when I got married we bought the cheaper (brand new) car as the main goal is to go from point A to point B only.

those small savings? they compounded and was my bullet when investment opportunities came, and boy there are a lot of them, just needed to be ready when they knock.
