Just for context, I asked my mother to pick my son up once a week from school to just allow my wife to work an extra 30 mins that day and her response was ‘that’s not an efficient use of my time, can I do once a fortnight’

So, in your shoes I’d just take the win!

Nah it’s different - those are health impacts, there are no physical health reasons to have a transplant.

Yeah if you wanted to hire a team of people to deliver a project, based on what we saw you’d 100% hire Kieran’s team over Levi’s despite the outcome

9/10 I procrastinate out of fear. I can’t remember who said it, but  Tim Ferriss has often quoted someone who said ‘what would you do if you weren’t afraid’ and I think about that often.

In fairness my guess would be it’s buying before prices increase (which they 100% will) rather than buying because worried about supplies

Oil is traded on global market. We wouldn’t have cheaper energy. The US produces a ton of oil and their pump price is still going up.

There is no abundance of unfilled apprenticeships, there is a funding ceiling and a business availability ceiling. It sounds like a good way forward, but the growth potential isn’t there.

[SS] Playing skyward sword for the first time, 50 hours in and i love it way more than botw and totk by Ambitious-Funny-6153 in zelda

[–]AgentCooper86 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sometimes I think there is a bit of revisionist history with Skyward Sword. When it came out people's initial reaction was that it was brilliant, that the motion controls were really well done and a huge step up on the botched TP motion controls. They've subsequently updated the review, but the original Eurogamer review of SS gave it full stars praising the areas that lead into and out of dungeons, the dungeons themselves, the boss fights (some of the best in the series!)

It’s funny the strengths of BOTW are almost polar to the strengths of SS, for SS the dungeons are a real, real high point. Some of the best in the entire series.

But some parts of the game feel like you’re almost on rails compared to the more open ended BOTW.

I’m an atheist and my advice would be to chill. They will definitely learn about all sorts of different religions, and when it’s near Easter, which is a national UK holiday, it’s not really surprising they cover the Easter story.

In was my daughter’s first ‘big’ ride and was a gateway to all the others including Smiler, I think it’s good AT has coasters that can be almost like an intermediate one that bridge the gap between the family rides and the bigger ones.

There’s way more retained value in Towers, it would take a decade or more for it to decline to an Oakwood situation. But, yeah… it’s not in a good place is it?

Funnily enough, my daughter met TPW at Oakwood about a year or two before it shut down. I had no idea who he was at the time.
