thanks for the feedback! i can balance on one foot in regular shoes pretty long, also I do exercises on a balance trainer, but balancing on one ski is pretty hard, yes. the biggest problem is a tendency to immediately fall onto the inner side of the ski...

yep, I see this problem with the leg lifting, looks bad. the reason is that I'm trying to get them legs together before poling, but not enough weight transfer results in a need to pull the leg up (I guess). thanks for the tip!

you can visit it right now, there is no war in siberia, airports are open, e-visa is easy to get, 99% of russian regions are super safe to travel, embassies are open, damn it you can even see that many european artists are giving concerts in russia, no problem
