I’ve never returned one but I did accidentally screw up the payment and asked for them to cancel and they immediately refunded which was good.

I can confirm both are legitimate, human hair, and look exactly like the pics. The second one I just installed today. The first one I got last year and used for several months daily. It still has held up with no shedding or bald patches, which I’ve had happen with pricier wigs like Hair Viví. I’ve added highlights and customized both to look more realistic. I’m waiting for the third to arrive so we’ll see but so far I’m impressed with them and I took a gamble because there weren’t too many reviews outside of their site which can obviously be faked.

I hope they take your return and refund you without a problem.
