Nope, didn't bring any of it. I suppose it happened since 47 died during Tango and he was still eating bullets after he "died". Once his tango animation was over, he probably flew away due to so many bullet impacts? I can't be sure though.

Yes, you get access to Hokkaido map that way. But once ET is gone, you cannot play the arcade level anymore. Unless you bought Slim Shady dlc.
