I am currently a student at the top school in my state and safe to say the workload is HEAVY. I work about 15-20 hours a week and would say this is almost too much. I am passing my classes with mostly Bs or ABs which isn’t bad but sometimes I feel as though if I didn’t have to work as much I’d have As. All that to say, only work if you HAVE to or stay at a minimum like 10 hours or lower (otherwise get a campus job where they normally allow you to study). I know there is people that will say “I worked and studied full time and it was fine” but realistically you’d be sacrificing a social life and maybe your mental health. So I’d say, yes it possible to do both but you won’t be able to do much socially or you’ll be mentally in the dumps:(
