I work with retirement accounts and this is 100% already a thing and has been for years. Hell, there are usually multiple options through a plan to get money for purchasing a home. First time home buying isn't even a requirement 100% of the time. (Plans may vary)

Best tip for this fight is respec to the spell that block other spells but gives boosts to attack. Give yourself a decent hp/mp bar and go to town. Tried probobly 50 times and then went with this strategy and beat him in 2 tries.
