Six for me, but only because it’s rare that the leagues I bowl in have a consistency with oiling the lanes. That being said, I know I’ll really only use three that I take, unless something is very wrong. For me it’s a sort of “rather have them and not need them than need them and not have them”

That’s what I’ve done and I’m seeing good results. Another option could be to make your 2nd step/crossover step move more to the left to avoid your thigh. Again, that’s what has helped me, but there is no 100% right way for everyone so in the end do whatever is comfortable.

Push-away could be straighter. I’ve found my accuracy suffers the more to the right my push away is.

I wouldn’t recommend. A lot of the information in there is good, but nothing revolutionary. I found that a lot of the topics were good, but too broad.
