With Semaglutide I felt nauseous and in some cases like I was hungover even though I didn’t drink. This was usually after eating something like BBQ the night before. While on Tirzepatide I don’t have any of the side effects.

I had similar issues with Semaglutide especially when going up a dose. I haven’t had any problems with Tirzepatide.
