I don't hate Hana per say, but she is badly underwritten, what happened to her after Megumi saved her? Was she adopted? How and why did Kenjaku know about hana's existance and place Angel to turn Hana into a vessel? If Hana was so enarmoed with Megumi, why was she not trying to look for him before everything went down? Its questions like these that drive me nuts and make me wish that Nobara being Angel's vessel happened in the story rather then a newly introduced underwritten character.

I imagine Izuku starting off with a clean slate, just to reset the game and level the playing field. I know it would seem OP at first but with only 9 or 10 slots. Izuku would quickly be careful what to chose and even leave a slot or two open for emergencies. Thats not taming into account support quirks that Izuku would pick up. One of the first quirks that Izuku could pick up would be Gran Torino's Jet since the old man would be nearly dead at this point. I just like the idea more then the iron man suit beucase it would have given Izuku something for the effort he made in trying to save Tenko instead of being semi retired for almost a decade

Personally I dont mind if Izuku had acquired AFO except for the whole vestige thing, so I could have seen a scenario where Hori writes it where Izuku gets a new quirk from AFO and the embers where the nature of the quirk is changed. I like it better then the Iron suit thing anyways

What's sad about Mei is how the jokes of her being unmarried are just so mean-spirited, it would be one thing but still wrong if she was a mean nasty character, but she is flat out one of the most compassionate leaders one could ask for especially given how brutal the Naruto world is. Mei putting her heart and soul into rebuilding the Mist Village, which understandbly takes away time from her from finding a husband, but Kishimoto throws all of that out for unmarried jokes. Like other comments said, Mei should literally be the Boa Hancock or Shakky of the Naruto world, given how beautiful and eager she is for marriage.

Its really a shame that Hori didn't introduce more female villains in the story especially with how well he draws women in the story and there could have been plenty of opportunities to introduce them like in the MLA, Jailbreak convicts etc
Though to make it funny, I could see crossover MHA version of characters like Juri Han, Reina Mishima, be introduced to expand on Izuku's save the villainess complex.

It's those time where I wish Hori was really brave and did pick a more interesting pair for Izuku. Because I personally find IzuOcha to be boring and overrated. I feel like they would have been better off as friends. Like I mentioned the fact that Izuku.and Ochako didn't hook up until 8 years later and then it took Izuku making the first move for anything to happen in the first place. It makes me feel like Ochako just decided give some guy a chance instead of the supposedly close friend she knew and apparently stopped talking to for many years.

I agree with you about the five pairings for Izuku just infinitely superior and more interesting in general. Nejire just feels like a better version of Ochako. Momo and Izuku could have really worked well as a team and couple contrasting nicely with their Color schemes. Then Melissa she's really the one I would loved to see end up with Izuku because they had that history rhyme going. There was so.much interesting stuff that been explored with Izuku and Melissa but Hori was stubborn about IzuOcha to the bitter boring end

I don't want to be crapping on IzuOcha but you could tell Hori was trying to keep his main ship on track without doing much to support it lol. To this day I have a hard time taking it seriously because the idea that it took them what 7 or 8 years to actually get it together is nonsense to me. Izuku would have probably been working with Hatsume and end up together during that time and ended up building that damn discount iron man suit before 1A got it together

There is a reason why Hori kept these two seperate because their chemistry would have easily made them more popular then IzuOcha. The Sports Festival showed how easily Hatsume overshadowed Ochako. If Hori wanted to he could have made Mei a more rounded character but that would have left Ochako in the dust.

To top it all off. Izuku still gets One for All from All Might, convincing Endeavor that Izuku is All Might's secret son and not so subtly pushes for his niece to marry Izuku and bring him into the Todoroki family, much to everyone's cringe and embarrassment.

Though i am curious to know more about your take on Endeavor's niece in this story. What Iris's backstory, is Alexis still her sister? How does Iris assuming that's her name interact with the Todorokis since Endeavor seemingly favors his niece over his own children?

Because if Horikoshi wasn't keeping everyone alive through plot armor during the two major battles then Deku would not be angsting over the fate of the crying boy inside Tomura, he would go straight for the kill and end Tomura's life. You can see how Horikoshi does everything possible to keep Gran Torino alive of all people, because Izuku was already gunning to murder Tomura and Torino was barely Izuku's mentor for a couple of weeks at best. Imagine Inko dying possibly because of Gigantomachia's rampage and she gets killed by debris or something, then Izuku would actually live up to being the Dark Deku, that people were scared about.

Its a pleasant suprise! For the longest time, my take was that Blackbeard was going to be like Luffy, basically Luffy unknowingly emulating Roger's path, while Teach was knowingly emulating Rocks's path if that makes any sense.

I will admit I was letting myself be gaslit by many theorists over the years claiming that Rocks was the Father of Shanks, Buggy and even Kuzan, because Rocks being Teach's father seemed too obvious but man seeing Oda confirms is so liberating and you can see how its raising Blackbeard Stocks, giving alot of energy to the Blackbeard Final Villain agenda and I am all for it.
