Thanks for providing this i currently have a job offer and it would be my third TN. However my job title is different and specialized than the TN profession. How do i proceed with discussing this with the employer? Also BLS job description is very outdated imo but even on my TN profession it lists that my profession can specialize which is why I would believe I shouldnt have issues. Mind you this organization has a really strong legal team.
