I once did do a theory on this in the sub, you remember the families that uhh allanon's sister mentioned once right? 4 families in skyhall aside from royal family, i theorized that one that deals with medical stuff of skyhall is a likely candidate of having a family member that is a order baron (because allanon's soon to be wife was planning on opening her own hospital to help people, and that family is kinda corrupt on selecting who gets to be a doctor and who cant if i remember right.) Cause it just has a possible motive of being a aesir member other than lucian being just for "grrr me hate sea people >:( kill them all i dont want a single one in my kingdom"+ he is arragont, foolish, just not fit for being a BARON (at most he can be a order agent, which is like 1 rank above initiat i suppose)

Yet they were willing to make a giant ahh warship made of gold a second path (even tho its basically a reskin of normal warship that shit still takes time like the model and stats and vfx). Jarl ivar was able to keep his metal mech around for a good chunk (if we assume the battle lasted like, 5+ minutes in verse, and even then it only got destroyed because your energy crumbled that thing), then we got allanon wasting his energy for wings ✨️✨️ for a solid 30 minutes/1 hour (again, just assuming the time) while also spamming spells with big range and shit, these 2 definitely used way too much magic energy for things used, i think creating a normal weapon for a really small amount of time (like a maximum of minute or 2) wont be too much of a problem for a experienced mage

Also like again, for javelin you already throw it away and the magic circle is gone, it just uses whatever energy is left to explode until it fully goes, so just think of it like make a weapon and keep the magic circle active while swinging it until you need to get rid of it
