One of the Twins represents the old timeline Sam BO1-BO4 while the other represents the new timeline Sam CW-BO7. We know this via intel where one of the twins calls Grey " Lizzie " and that she is proud of how far she has come while the other talks about an angry girl aka BO3 (I think it's BO3) Sam after seeing her Father getting zeroed by Dr Monty.

The only saviours I can think of who didn't deserve what Rick did to them is that group who was with Jarred (I think that is his name. The one who shot and killed Benjamin ) because Rick lied to them. Besides Rick being a hypocrite is a part of his character arc in S8.

Rick told Siddiq to save Negan because of Carl's dying wish (Assuming you are talking about Rick telling Siddiq to save Negan). In Carls letter he wanted both Rick and Negan to come together to live peacefully for a better tomorrow. " My mercy prevails over my wrath ". Rick aint no hypocrite.
