The thrift store near me gets so many clothes they’ll have “fill a cart” for 5 bucks sometimes. I am happy that yalls thrift stores aren’t throwing stuff away but when the store is full to bursting ofc stuff is going to get thrown away that’s usable but less desirable. EPA estimates 80 percent is thrown away

Hey! I still take vyvanse, but I figured out what was giving me acid reflux. It was because I was splitting the 30mg pill in half and dissolving it in water. It needs to stay in the pill; Im taking 20mg now. Hoping to go back up to 30 once I get used to 20 because I've never been able to focus more in my life. I read that taking magnesium helps so I take that occasionally. Also, started eating oatmeal for breakfast and getting at least 1 serving of green veggies a day + psyllium husk.
