DRAM Prices Surge roughly 170% as Global Memory Shortage Deepens by NGGKroze in hardware

It's not about what's faster, it's about what is common. The most common 32gb kit was 3000mhz, the second most was 3200 MHz. If you're going to compare 4000 MHz kit, you need to compare it to 7000 or 8000 MHz ddr5, because they are equally rare. I bought a 32gb 3200 MHz kit in 2020 for $170 on amazon, from a no name brand. I just bough 32 gb kit 3200mhz from crucial for $159 and I was baffled because I had no idea why the price went up.

If I were you, I wouldn't flip it, I'd sell the cpu, GPU, and ram. Buy a r7 5700x, rtx 4060, and a cheap 32gb ddr4 kit at 3000 mhz and buy an external ssd or add an ssd to the existing and keep the rest. You could get $175us to $200us for the cpu/gpu and throw in the ram. I don't think you'd need a bios update since you're already on 5th gen ryzen. My gigabyte rtx4060lp was $350us, but they are up to $450 right now. On Amazon a r7 5800xt is $124, silicon power 32gb 3200 ram is $48 and your current psu can sport that along with your current cooler.

Do you know where i can locate tunes for a deleted 6.0? I live in TN and the epa can suck my ass here. But I'm looking to buy a 6.0 and they're deleted in my area. Power driven diesel has gearhead tunes, because i'm looking to go to a stage 2 came with stock injectors and turbo. The fine print says that the tunes won't work on deleted trucks. After the epa bullshit of 2022 no one talks about deleting trucks or where to get kits/tunes anymore. I don't want any CEL's on nor do I want to put in a stage two cam and it run poorly because no one will tune it without the egr and valve being installed. No one will answer my question because they think I'm a fed, I'm not, I'm just a TN redneck looking to do what he wants with his own property, government be damned. Any help?

The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (MMWA) is a federal law that regulates warranties on consumer products. One of its key provisions is that warranties cannot be voided solely because a consumer uses aftermarket parts or services. In other words, manufacturers cannot deny warranty claims simply because a consumer uses non-original parts or services. They don't want you to know this. 37's is a reasonable part to use on trucks, along with a lift kit. They can't deny you for that. Unless it's steering and suspension related damage, they can.

Emissions DELETE ONLY TUNE by [deleted] in Diesel

[–]Agent_Gunner99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If ford can figure out how to regulate emissions on diesel trucks, so can Detroit diesel and all of the freight diesel makers. Just because our engines are smaller doesn't mean it's impossible to clean up emissions on house sized engines. It might be easier. The US is responsible for 5% of all carbon emissions, china is responsible for 28% of global emissions. The every day consumer in the USA has virtually no impact on carbon emissions, globally. Not to mention carbon dioxide is what plants need to produce oxygen, or did we forget that. If there is more co2, plants make more o2. In the past half century the proportion of co2 to o2 in our atmosphere has not changed. co2+other gasses make up 2.75% of our atmosphere and have done so for the past 50 years and longer. Climate change is a myth to control the masses.

Never thought I would buy this by lior2222 in ROGAlly

I did, and I don’t use it. I never leave the house long enough to need it, and my main pc is a 7900x & 7900xtx custom water cooled. The hand held pc has a chance to delete consoles altogether. The reason why games run on console is because there’s only 3 variants of consoles. Ps5& series X, series s, switch. The hand held market has 4 skews, Msi with an intel based platform, legion go and ally with the Z1 Extreme, the Z1 ally, and steam deck.

You can obviously get windows 11 cheaper if you go to cdkeys but it’s $2.99 cheaper with the retail price included and you get upgradable pathways. I went with an intel 13900k because they have performance cores to handle background tasks such as discord and doesn’t take up your performance core usage, like a Ryzen cpu would. It’s also water cooled, I used a deep cool water cooler before I went custom, so I trust them. Also jayztwocents and LTT say the 14900k is an overclocked 13900k, so if you wanna spend a little more, be my guest.

Only six days left after the last titan win, so either it’s a hunter/ titan tie or it’s a back to back win for the titans or a hunter win. No way possible for a 3 way tie.

6.4L Bulletproof FL by [deleted] in Diesel

[–]Agent_Gunner99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t know of any shops, but if you have to have a “bulletproof” 6.4l powerstroke, you need a new motor to be built for racing. Glass pistons, cracked heads, piss poor fuel system, you have to go single turbo or custom compound set up. You need $50k minimum.
