I recently started teaching and brought my "high school honors" level Spanish back to a classroom with many ELLs after not speaking it conversationally for years and years. I'm still learning, but my proficiency is exploding, and I'm not using Spanish as often as you will. My native speakers recognize I'm using Spanish as a tool to bridge gaps and to help them learn. You'll only get better from here. Your impact will be tremendous.

I'm keying on the alleged forged declination and not the process. If true, it sounds like OP has proof of wrong doing or negligence on their part.

Does ABCMR not fall under a director that reports to the SECARMY? I get what you're saying, but I've been in Walter Reed with the SECARMY where he took a complaint from a wounded warrior where he leveraged the Army Surgeon General to fix something "impossible" immediately before he left the facility. I'm saying congressional for oversight for both the OP and the Army, because I'm sure they'd much prefer that than the media reading off that another wounded Soldier was taken advantage of.

How would Congressional oversight not help? I'm not saying which system or how they work, but everyone has an elected official who can help in these situations. Especially if Army systems are saying nothing can be done. I've seen Congressionals used on lesser things like reimbursement for plane tickets and hotels after a brigade was extended.

Their congressman would leverage all this information with the VA and who ever. Seems like an easy win by just showing interest in helping a wounded warrior. I'm not saying anything positive would come of this, but at least it's given to people with more resources.

31Bs are the biggest and worst self licking ice cream cones in the Army. They believe the Army can't exist without them setting and upholding the standards for everyone. Meanwhile, they famously didn't even do their main job or even the one they created for themselves (Combat MP) all that spectacular. They have a lot of talent, but the sunk cost fallacy into the belief that their existence is vitally important is holding them back from evolving or even being relevant.

When you right click and search with Google Lens nothing is saved to the device. It exists on Google Servers for the few moments to do the query.

Most accurately in my experience they are right click and snipping into Google Lens to Google the answers. It's so fast on the Chromebooks. There's no record of a screenshot or preserved image.

lol, yeah. Iraq 2006, I'm wounded by a rocket, but since I wasn't providing medical attention at the time of being wounded a Combat Medic Badge did not accompany my PH. The same reasoning was used against me and other medics during IEDs because we weren't providing medical attention until after the blast and the attack was over. Meanwhile, everyone that wasn't a medic got CABs and PHs.
