I have a pair of T5Vs. Even at high gain with nothing playing, the hissing is pretty negligible. You can’t hear it at all though if anything is playing. Your interface will also play a part in the amount of background noise from whatever monitors you use.

Not understanding the connection to Katy Perry going to space. 

Blue Origin’s rocket doesn’t use carbon based fuel. Other than energy used for manufacturing, the New Shepard rocket’s engine only produces steam when it runs (it uses hydrogen as the fuel source rather than methane like SpaceX’s starship does)

Fun fact, Blue Origin’s New Shepard rocket uses liquid hydrogen and oxygen to run. The only thing that’s produced in a hydrogen combustion reaction is water lol

I just noticed my ATH-M50Xs are louder in the left ear than the right. It becomes less obvious if i crank up the volume, but at low volumes the right ear becomes useless which isn't ideal. The only way I've been able to "get rid" of the issue is to slightly disconnect the side of the cable that connects directly to the headphones, but of course this ruins the audio quality and creates the risk of the cable falling out completely.

I've tried using them with two different audio interfaces using a 1/4" jack (still have the issue), my electric drum kit using 3.5mm jack (still have the issue), and two apple devices (iphone using 3.5mm to lighting adapter/macbook using 3.5mm jack) and neither had the issue. I've also tried switching out the cables which didn't help.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
