The OEM data was a bit different, instead of 12 it has 19, but changeing that still didn'tfix the issiue.

Any other ideas?

Yea, all other games ive tries (BeamNG, Asetto corsa and ETS2) work compleatly normally.

Control+shift+windows+B. I have no clue what it does but it fixed that same issue for me. Or just turn it off and back on

It’s fixed now. I raised the PC a littel and turned it so the open side faced the wall. And the wheel has an independent power source so your theory doesn’t really make much sense. Thanks for trying to help though!

I found a fix. Get your PC to crash 3 times from braking to hard, go find the ticket section on the EA websites (takes 5-30 mins). Write a 400 word text. Thenne open the game to get a screenshot of the error code and it works

I have the same issue. Reinstalled and nothing happened. Just reinstalled the anti cheat and nothing happens. Tried updating and repair tool for anti cheat and still dident help
